Run (TBD after burpees)
After every 10 burpees, complete 1 free throw.
For every shot missed, complete 100m Run at the END of 100 Burpees. 800m automatic run for those that do not wish to shoot. Ex: 6/10 = 4 missed shots = 400m Run to be completed after burpees.
